1. No video / black screen

  • Check connection: Ensure your device has stable internet (min 5 Mbps for HD).
  • Reload app/website: Close and reopen the app or refresh the browser.
  • Switch streams: Try another channel to confirm it’s not channel-specific.
  • Clear cache: Clear app cache or browser cache and cookies.
  • Update app/browser: Install the latest Zattoo app or update the browser.
  • Reboot device: Restart your TV, streaming stick, phone, or computer.

2. Buffering / frequent pauses

  • Reduce quality: Lower stream quality in Zattoo settings.
  • Check bandwidth: Run a speed test and stop other heavy downloads/streams on the network.
  • Use wired connection: Switch to Ethernet for smart TVs or set-top boxes.
  • Restart router: Power-cycle your router/modem.
  • Close background apps: On mobile/PC, close apps using bandwidth.

3. Audio out of sync

  • Switch channels briefly: Change and return to resync.
  • Toggle audio track: If multiple audio tracks exist, switch and switch back.
